I got my nipples pierced by Olivia today costing £60 (plus &10 for cleaning solution) and I was super nervous about it. Olivia talked me through it and made me feel so relaxed and told me everything I needed to know. I never felt pressured and she Was very professional and kind! Really happy with the service my daughter and I had for her navel piercing! From prompt and informative replies to email right at the beginning and throughout to the friendly and relaxed, yet professional nature of Olivia. When my daughter had concerns a day or 2 later we were able to message Olivia directly via her Instagram and she took the time to reassure us, including asking for photos so she could be sure. The studio had some issues getting the right size bar in stock when it came time to downsize and change the jewelry, resulting in a couple of wasted journeys. I can’t fully express how grateful I am to Olivia and the Manhattan Ink team. I called them on a day I was really panicking about a piercing, even tho I had it done elsewhere they fitted me in on the same day and much appreciated was the kindness and patience Olivia showed to the anxious wreck in front of her!! She’s sorted out a piercing I thought would have to come out and now completely put my mind at ease. It’s already healing better in the one week since I saw Olivia Vs the last few months!!
